- Trips of up to 5 days are US$20, 6 days US$25, and 7 days US$30. Trips longer than 7 days require a short consultation and are scoped and quoted individually before any paid work begins.
- Additional charges
- None beyond the guide fee. You are responsible for your own internet or communication charges, and for all bookings, transport, accommodation, and other travel costs you arrange yourself.
- Payment method
- Credit or debit card via Stripe. You register your card when you submit a request; it is not charged at that time.
- When payment is due
- We charge your registered card only after your guide has been delivered and reviewed, never in advance and never without your agreement to the scope and price first.
- When we provide the service
- Your request is reviewed and your guide is prepared; delivery timing depends on request volume and trip complexity, and we will tell you an expected timeframe when we confirm your request.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Cancelling before we begin preparing your guide gives you a full refund (no charge is made until after delivery, so in practice this means no charge occurs). Once your guide has been delivered, the fee is generally not refundable, because the work has been completed. If the problem was on our side, contact us and we will review it and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
