We know that sharing your trip plans, contact details, and travel dates with a service you have just discovered takes some trust. This page explains, as plainly as we can, what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Who operates this service
MORISTACK Japan Digital Guide (plan.moristack.com) is operated under the MORISTACK name. This is the same operator behind MORISTACK Japan Phone Call Service (call.moristack.com). Every request is reviewed against public information before any work begins.

What we collect
When you submit a request through this site, we collect the information you enter yourself:
- Name and email. To confirm your request, deliver the guide, and follow up.
- Arrival and departure dates. To scope the guide to your actual trip window.
- Areas, interests, pace. To shape the research prompts and themes in the guide.
- Traveller count and children. To pick the right suggestions for your group.
- Accessibility, dietary, allergy notes. Treated as planning context only — final suitability is your own check.
- Free-form notes you choose to add. Must-see items, things to avoid, special circumstances — used as planning context only.
How we use the information
We use what you submit only for the following purposes.
- Confirming your request. Checking for missing details before any work starts.
- Building the guide. Drawing from public information to organise areas and candidates.
- Delivery and follow-up. Sending the guide and following up over email when needed.
- Legal compliance. Meeting any legal obligation that applies to us.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your request content or personal information outside MORISTACK.
Where a service provider is necessary for our operation (e.g. an email delivery service for sending the guide, Google Drive for shared delivery, Stripe for card processing), we share only the minimum information required with that provider. Each provider handles your data under its own terms and safeguards.
Retention
We keep request content and delivered guides for a reasonable operational period for service quality, follow-up, and legal compliance. We delete information that is no longer needed by secure means.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following with the information we hold about you.
- Access. See what we hold about you.
- Correct. Ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete. Ask us to delete what we hold (except where retention is required by law).
- Contact us. Ask anything else about how we handle your information.
Cookies and bot protection
MORISTACK does not use cookies beyond the minimum required for session management.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a request was submitted by a person rather than by an automated script. Turnstile processes the minimum information needed (such as IP address and browser information) for that check.
